Greetings, it's DeMarcus Armour here with Armour Fitness! I am 25 years old that was born and reared in Augusta, Georgia. I am a follower of the LORD JESUS CHRIST GOD ALMIGHTY! I am an International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Certified Online Coach, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and also a ISSA Certified Sports Nutritionist. I am currently engaging back to school to finish out with a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences. Let me tell you guys a little bit about my journey of becoming a CPT. I have always loved the health and fitness industry because I was first an athlete myself. I have a strong desire to help individuals with health fitness. The sports I played were basketball and football, but enjoyed other sports as well. My athleticism throughout the years has inspired others around me and I give GOD the praise for that. I first dunked the basketball when I was 11 years old at the height of 5'6. I fell in love with health and fitness when I was around 15 years old, after teaching athletes step-by-step on how to "slam dunk." I felt like I could really do something with my athletic ability. Through prayer, ambition, and hard work, I am where I want to be. My goal is to help others maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. LET'S GET FIT!!!
